AllStore Dashboard privacy policy
Last updated October 13, 2026
Who we are
AllStore Dashboard is a Shopify app operated by Digi Pioneers Inc. (“we”). It shows merchants combined sales analytics for one or more Shopify stores. This policy explains what information AllStore Dashboard collects when a merchant installs it, how we use it, and when we delete it.
Information we collect
When a merchant installs AllStore Dashboard, we access the following through Shopify's APIs, with the merchant's permission:
- Store details: store name, Shopify store address, currency and timezone.
- Order sales records: order numbers, dates, and the amounts of sales, discounts, refunds, shipping and taxes, with the product and variant sold.
- Products: titles, variant names, SKUs, barcodes and product images.
- Settings the merchant chooses in AllStore Dashboard, such as reporting currency, timezone, saved views and product matches.
- Sign-in information Shopify provides so the app can work, including access tokens and the name and email of the staff member using the app.
AllStore Dashboard does not store information about a store's customers: no customer names, email addresses, phone numbers or postal addresses.
How we use it
Only to provide AllStore Dashboard's features to the merchant: calculating and displaying sales analytics, converting currencies, matching products across the merchant's stores, and keeping data up to date. We don't sell this information, use it for advertising, or share it with other merchants. Stores only see each other's data when their admins link them in AllStore Dashboard.
Who processes it
AllStore Dashboard runs on service providers that host it on our behalf: Railway (application hosting) and Neon (database). Exchange rates come from the Bank of Canada; no merchant data is sent to it. Billing is handled by Shopify.
Retention and deletion
We keep a store's data while AllStore Dashboard is installed. When a merchant uninstalls AllStore Dashboard, Shopify notifies us 48 hours later and we permanently delete that store's data. We also respond to Shopify's customer data requests and deletion requests; because we don't store customer personal data, there is normally nothing to return or delete.
Security
Data is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) and stored with our hosting providers with access limited to the people who operate AllStore Dashboard.
Your rights and contact
Merchants can ask us about, correct or delete their data at any time by emailing digipioneersinc@gmail.com. If we change this policy, we'll update the date above.
